When will my order ship?
Most orders placed from AMEvape.com will ship out in3 today, During large promotions, we may experience higher than normal processing timesWe’re always working hard to catch up on orders and return to the speed you know and love.
Order Cancellation and Alteration Policy
You may cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing it. After that, we cannot quarantee that your order can be cancelled, as it could have alreadbeen processed and/or shipped. Curently, you cannot make other alterations to the order after it is placed.lf you need to make any changes toyour order, you will need to cancel and place the order again.
Why do l have to verify my age?
As of Auqust 8, 2016, the fDA has implemented the leaal requirement that all online retailers in the vaping industry age verify, All customers arerequired to provide proof oflegal age to ensure that no minors are receiving vape or vaping related products. While this might be a slightinconvenience, it is a measure to protect both the recipient and retaler and be in compliance with both state and federal regulations.
What is your warranty/return policy?
Breazy.com offers a 30 day waranty on defective units, this does not indude e-iquids or coils as we cannot accept returns on items ofthis nature.For hardware warranty returns, we must approve the return of the item. Do you provide OEM/ODM Service?
Yes, we can print customer’s logo and brand on the packages and on the products, as well as make design as customer’s request.
How can I get a QUOTATION?

What is your MOQ?
The MOQ is 10000pcs for each model as the samples order.
Quantity more than 100000pcs will be the better wholesale price.
Do you have the ability to handle URGENT ORDER?
Urgent order is supported and will be given the fastest action from order approval, artwork drawing/approval, production, and delivery. A 7-10days delivery is possible for less complex order and in case of inventory materials.
What is the normal DELIVERY TIME?
Immediate delivery for items with inventory. New production order: around 15-25days, depending on quantity and complexity of the order.
